Overview
This is a scale-up product from the WELLBAG-S series products. It has 20 times culture area of WELLBAG-S series. The number of wells is about 36 times that of S500 and about 20 times that of S350. The bag is A3 size and it can be placed in a standard type incubator with a dedicated holder.

Features
1. WELLBAG is a closed bag system which reduces the contamination risk of bacteria and foreign substances as opposed to “Open system containers”.
WELLBAG is a closed bag system which reduces the risk of contamination compared with open systems such as dishes and flasks.
2. Mass culture of uniformly sized spheroids
Fine, uniform microwells are formed on the bottom surface of WELLBAG with a non-cell-adhesive coating, while the top surface of WELLBAG has an overhang structure. When a cell suspension is injected into the bag through the injection port, it spreads almost evenly throughout the bag. By leaving it undisturbed, each microwell contains approximately the same number of cells. As a result, spheroids of uniform size are formed in each microwell.

FAQ
You can purchase it from our contracted distributors. However, since it is made to order, please contact us as early as possible.
It is made of a high-gas-permeability grade of polyethylene.
Single use is recommended. From the perspectives of experimental reproducibility and sterility, reuse is not recommended.
We recommend using the dedicated holder. Using the holder helps form spheroids with a more uniform diameter.
No, it is not compatible with autoclave sterilization. We recommend disinfection with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide solution, or similar agents.
No, only the 350 μm well diameter is available.
No, it cannot.
Please refer here for details.
Adjust the number of seeded cells per well according to the target spheroid diameter. Please refer here for details.

If there are differences in the temperature of the medium, holder, or working environment when the cells settle, thermal convection may occur inside the bag, causing non-uniformity. Therefore, we recommend setting the temperature of the medium, holder, and working environment to 37°C and allowing the cells to settle.
For WELLBAG-L350, when preparing the cell suspension, adjust it to 37°C. To remove bubbles, after taking the warmed WELLBAG with the holder out of the incubator, promptly return the holder to the incubator, quickly seed the cell suspension, remove bubbles, set it in the holder, and leave it undisturbed in the incubator to allow the cells to settle. If you have a hot plate, please use it for work inside the safety cabinet.
