In the past, conventional paints emitted odors and VOCs due to the volatilization of solvents, creating an unfavorable working environment. This solvent-free product does not emit odors or VOC during application, thus improving the working environment and making it an environmentally friendly paint.
Conventional coatings for concrete and steel surfaces often consist of organic paints, such as epoxy, which have limitations in terms of durability. This inorganic (silicone-based) product offers excellent weather resistance and long-term durability.
It has excellent resistance to discoloration, chalking*, rust prevention, and concrete corrosion, reducing lifecycle costs. In addition, its streamlined process (one or two coats) and shorter painting intervals allow for shorter construction periods compared to conventional methods.
*Chalking refers to the phenomenon where the white powder comes off when the painted surface is touched with the fingers.
