Information Security

In our group, with the aim of strengthening the information management system, we have established the "Group Information Management Committee" to oversee the information management of the group in a cross-sectional manner. In this committee, we set various activity themes related to information management, such as the establishment of information management systems, the development of various regulations, and education and awareness activities related to information security for officers and employees. We are promoting the establishment and various improvement activities of the information security system within the group.

mplementation of Information Security E-Learning

In fiscal 2023, the group implemented e-learning as part of its actions to strengthen information management and information security. Approximately 8,800 group employees participated in the course, where they were able to learn about the information security risks related to using social media and email.

Establishment of the Information Security Risk Assessment System

We regularly arrange information security risk assessments within the group, performed by external contractors at both our domestic and international business locations. We have established a system that allows us to inspect the management status of information assets from a third-party perspective, identify issues, and make improvements. We are committed to improving the group’s information security.
