By narrowing the opening of the central plug, we resolved the issue of excessive dispensing and dripping caused by the large pouring spout of the conventional product. In addition, by incorporating a flow control plate into the central plug, it is now possible to adjust the dispensing amount according to the contents.
Before filling and capping, the central plug is sealed with a scored piece, which resolves the issue of liquid splashing at the filling line. The scored piece is punched out during the capping process.
