GroupToyo Kohan Co., Ltd. was delisted from the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange after the Company completed a tender offer to acquire all shares in Toyo Kohan. (The Company turned Toyo Kohan into a wholly-owned subsidiary in August 2018.)
