Comments from External Advisors
Developing and offering products and services that support various lifestyles:
Dr. Yukiko Furuya [Consumer Life Advisor, Ph.D. (Integrated Policy)]
Here are the perspectives I use when evaluating products.
- Diversity (users and scenarios)
- Contribution to Safety and Convenience
- Awareness of Addressing Social and Environmental Issues
By maintaining a long-term perspective and gradually presenting feasible initiatives, it is important to enhance consumer understanding and acceptance. I hope these efforts will be widely communicated and contribute to the realization of a better society.

Developing and offering products and services that are environmentally sound:
Ms.Junko Edahiro [President, Institute for Studies in Happiness, Economy and Society]
When evaluating a product, I consider the following four points.
- Environment
- Social
- Economy
- Benefits for the User
As a future initiative, we believe it is important to strengthen external promotion through appropriate information sharing and to consider categorization in response to an increase in the number of applications. It is essential to clearly distinguish between new approaches and the application of existing technologies, supporting each endeavor accordingly. Going forward, we aim to broaden the scope of in-house development and look forward to further advancements.
