Information Security

With the aim of strengthening our information management system, our Group has established the Group Information Management Committee, which oversees information management across the Group. The committee sets various activity themes related to information management, such as building an information management system, developing various regulations, and educating and raising awareness about information security for executives and employees, and promotes the development of information security systems within the Group and various improvement activities.

Information security training

In fiscal 2024, our group conducted e-learning and targeted email attack training as part of efforts to strengthen information management and information security management.

e-learning

Approximately 8,800 group employees took the course, learning about the characteristics of ransomware attacks, which have become a serious problem for companies in recent years, and the security measures that each employee should be aware of.
The specific course content is as follows:

• Social media threats and how to deal with them

Targeted attack email training

The training was conducted for approximately 8,800 group employees, who were able to learn about the characteristics of targeted attack emails and how to judge them in a practical setting.

Establishing an Information Security Risk Assessment System

The Group regularly conducts information security risk assessments at its domestic and overseas business locations through external contractors.
We are working to improve the information security of the Group by building a system that allows us to inspect the management status of information assets from a third-party perspective, identify issues, and make improvements.
