While aluminum DI cans require lubricants in the manufacturing process and large amounts of water for cleaning, aTULC eliminates the need for water for cleaning by heat-pressing a polyester film that acts as a lubricant onto the inside and outside of the can. In addition, the quality of the contents is maintained by extremely low levels of organic component elution and flavor adsorption.
