The Wellbag device for closed-system cell cultivation, the world's first of its kind, enables efficient cultivation, formation, and collection of uniform spheroids (cell aggregates), including various cells such as iPS cells.
We have developed Wellbag to solve issues of conventional culture containers by leveraging our technologies and know-how for pouches and other packaging containers. The world’s only cell culture container to form spheroids in a closed-system is highly efficient and easy to handle. We aim to contribute to the society by serving as an infrastructure also in the field of cell culture through offering Wellbag, which safely and securely delivers cultured cells to hospitals and patients.
